“The only problem we had with the food from Red Bicycle was making the difficult decision about whether the best dish was the Polynesian portobello mushrooms, the garlic herb salmon, the citrus roasted beets, or the kale Caesar salad.
The argument became so heated that we decided to order it all again in the future in order to make a truly informed determination.”
“Red Bicycle recently catered a wedding for us in the Trinity Alps. Red Bicycle is a small outfit run by Michelle. The menu she prepared was based off our interests and it turned out phenomenally.
We loved the food and it was nice to have something more creative than the salmon alfredos you’d find at most weddings.
Michelle is professional and adaptable. We had a small menu change the week before that she accommodated with ease. She worked within our budget. Overall it was a great experience and we hope to stop by again on our way through Redding. ”
“Michelle at Red Bicycle just catered our wedding in Coffee Creek. The food was out of this world amazing. Our wedding guests raved about the coconut rice and the tamari grilled chicken especially. Nearly every one of our guests went out of their way to tell us how good the food was. Not only that, Michelle was incredibly helpful and flexible before the wedding and was able to accommodate last minute requests for a guest with a food allergy. She was so kind and professional and the prices were very reasonable. We can’t thank them enough for making our wedding so special!”
